Kaylynn Jones is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her goal is to create a healthcare environment that feels relaxed, comfortable, and is truly patient-centered. She prioritizes building meaningful relationships with her patients, understanding their needs, and works together to create care plans that fit their unique goals and lifestyle.
Kaylynn earned both her Bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber in the state of Wisconsin, and is board certified in Family Practice.

During your visit, our nurse practitioner will take the time to understand your medical history, assess your current health, and work with you to develop a care plan that fits your needs. You can expect a holistic, patient-centered approach that prioritizes your well-being without making you feel rushed or uncomfortable.
Alba does not accept walk-ins. However, we leave space in our schedule for same day urgent visits. We also can provide off hour clinic or home visits.
