Our Fertility Support Program is structured into three intentional phases that give you clearer insight into your reproductive health and a personalized plan for moving forward. We operate on a cash-pay model, allowing you to access in-depth testing, tailored guidance, and dedicated support without the limitations of insurance. Each phase builds on the last, from gathering comprehensive history, to completing targeted evaluations, to reviewing results and crafting a customized roadmap. Your fertility journey begins with a comprehensive intake appointment designed to give us a full picture of your reproductive and overall health. During this visit, we conduct a detailed medical, reproductive, and lifestyle review to better understand your history and current concerns. If you’re seen in-person, this appointment also includes a physical exam, with the option to complete a PAP test if needed (additional $110).
Together, we’ll discuss your goals, symptoms, and any questions you may have, followed by initial recommendations, such as supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations to support your reproductive health. We’ll also outline the next steps so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
During the testing and tracking phase, we take a deeper look at the factors influencing your fertility. Depending on your needs, this stage may span a few months and can include a hormone panel, genetic lab work, additional fertility-specific testing, and detailed cycle tracking or charting. This process helps us understand your body’s patterns and identify any underlying issues that may be affecting conception. We also take special care to diagnose and support reproductive health concerns, such as PCOS, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids.

This is a focused 30-minute visit where we bring together all the information gathered so far to guide your next steps with clarity. During this session, we review your lab work results, discuss insights from your cycle tracking, and walk through a personalized treatment plan based on your unique reproductive profile. These may include medication recommendations, if necessary, and additional holistic lifestyle changes. This appointment ensures you understand what your results mean and how your individualized plan supports your goals moving forward.
Additional follow-up appointments to monitor and refine fertility plans are offered at the same cost of $150 per session.

We offer continued pregnancy support from personalized prenatal care to guidance through labor and delivery in our birth center or at home, and ongoing postpartum support.
