Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or adding to your growing family, this three-week comprehensive childbirth education course is designed to equip you with confidence, knowledge, and practical skills for the journey ahead.

Led by Katie Duncan, an experienced midwife and birth educator, this class combines hands-on learning, evidence-based information, and open, honest conversations. Together, we’ll explore:

• Health and nutrition during pregnancy
• Understanding the stages of labor and birth
• Practical coping strategies for managing intensity
• Partner roles and support techniques
• Postpartum recovery and emotional well-being
• Newborn care essentials and lactation guidance

This course goes beyond the basics—you’ll leave with tools, insight, and empowerment to make informed choices, no matter where you give birth.

Held the last three Wednesdays in January from 5:45pm to 8:30pm
