Prepare for Postpartum (prenatal class series)

Your 4th Trimester recovery begins DURING pregnancy! Learn how your body changes throughout pregnancy, how to avoid many of the common “mom problems” after birth, how to properly heal your core & pelvic floor and the fastest way to become confident & strong after having a baby. Each class includes:
- Fun, informative, and interactive in-person presentation with postpartum fitness experts, certified personal trainers, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialists Andrea (Drea) Renkas and Britney Suttner from Fit Moms on the Move
- 2 dedicated hours per class
