Prepare for Postpartum (P4P)

November 2 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm CDT

Your 4th Trimester recovery begins DURING pregnancy! Learn how your body changes throughout pregnancy, how to avoid many of the common “mom problems” after birth and the fastest way to become confident, strong & physically fit after having a baby.  Each class includes:

  • Fun, informative, and interactive in-person presentation with postpartum fitness experts, certified personal trainers, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialists Andrea (Drea) Renkas and Britney Suttner from Fit Mom on the Move
  • 2 dedicated hours to focus on your
  • Social time with other moms due around the same time
  • Notes, handouts & resources folder
  • Hands-on activities, exercise practice, and Q&A time
  • Healthy, snacks, tea & water
  • Opportunity to learn from and meet a local pelvic floor physical therapist (last class)
  • MAX of 15 women per class. Small-group and 1:1 access to Drea, Brit & guest speaker during class times
